Writing Success for WSFC Student Cerys

We were pleased to share the news back in November that second year student, Cerys McAdam, had an article published in the Worcester News.

Cerys, who is studying A Levels in English Language, English Literature and Sociology, explains why she wrote the article. She said: “I think that it is our job, that is as individuals, to educate the wider society with what we deem important. I think that the inequality between different groups, whether that be ethnic, gender, class etc, needs to be discussed more in journalism especially with the increase of political propaganda in the media.”

Cerys intends to study for a degree in English Linguistics when she completes her A Level with ambitions to complete a masters and PhD with a focus on language and the criminal justice system. We look forward to celebrating Cerys’ future success.
