Junior Internship visit to Morgan Motor Company

On Tuesday 8th January Junior Internship Programme students visited the Morgan Motor Company in Malvern. They were shown a film documenting Morgan’s illustrious history. Morgan is celebrating its 110th anniversary and is the longest running car production company in the world. A factory tour showed them the building of the cars by hand by skilled craftsmen and craftswomen in all its fine detail, from the building of the rolling chassis in British Elm and the aluminium body to the stitched leather upholstery. Three Directors then met the students and answered their questions about the programme, the cars and apprenticeships at Morgan. A very interesting day.
