WSFC Launches Testing Programme

Worcester Sixth Form College has successfully introduced its programme of onsite testing.

Weekly testing of staff who are working at College commenced on Monday, 11th January and has now been extended to include the small number of students who are on site during the current lockdown.

Ed Senior, Principal, said: “I am pleased that we have been able to respond positively to the DfE guidance to introduce testing. It has taken a lot of hard work from many of my colleagues, much of which was done during the Christmas holiday, but we think this is an important step in helping to protect our families, other members of the College and our wider community. We are now in an excellent position to test all our students as soon as the Government says it is safe for ‘face to face’ learning to resume.”
